1WQ (D) series all stainless steel precision casting sewage submersible pumpBy adopting a unique single and double channel impeller structure, the passage capacity of pollutants is improved. Depending on the product model, it can pass through fibers with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump outlet diameter.
2. Adopting fluororubber double end face machine seal and fluororubber radial O-ring seal, it effectively provides sealing protection for liquids in harsh environments.
3. Adopting precision cast pump casing, it is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, energy-saving, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain. It does not require the construction of a pump room and can work underwater, reducing project costs.
4. Install overheat and current protectors inside the electric pump to prevent motor overload and overheating.
Main purpose:
Suitable for solid particles contained in buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory sewage, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, seawater and saltwater, general corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.
Usage conditions:
1. Based on the center of the impeller, the submerged depth shall not exceed 5m.
2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 60 ℃.
3. The pH values of the conveying medium are 304 (4-10) and 316 (4-13).
4. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7 × 10-7 to 23 × 10-6 m2/S.
